Function/Description
The Recreation Advisory Board is a seven member board established by City Ordinance. Its members are appointed for three year terms by the City Council. The duties of the Recreation Advisory Board are: Consider and study the reasonable needs of the City recreation program; Serve in an advisory capacity when so required; Act as a recommending body to the City Council on matters of general recreation policy; and formulate and report its findings from time to time to the City Council.
